Sales Executive - Institutional (Punjab)

Job Purpose:

Increasing institutional sales of relevant articles amongst corporate customers.

Job Dimensions:

Planning daily and weekly visit to the customers and acquisition of new customers in the assigned area.

Location:

Zirakpur, Jalandhar, Amritsar

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Creation of daily and weekly sales plan and order listsDiligently follow the customer visit plan every dayManaging the accounts of 80-140 customersInteracting with customers regularly and developing relationship with themIdentifying bulk order opportunities and capitalizing on themIncrease the number of buying customers and basket size of customerIdentifying and rectifying de-growth amongst the customersEnrollment and tagging of new customers with sales potentialUnderstanding customers business and recommending articles to themCoordinating with logistics and full-service desk for deliveryAssisting visiting customers with their purchase from the StoreEnsuring timely delivery of orders and managing bulk ordersCoordinating with internal stake holders for special pricingContinuously updating knowledge about articles and offersCoordinating with customers for orders during Invoice level promotionsTrack customer wise sales and keep a check on customer balanceIdentify customers with a high sales potential and get them taggedAchieving sales & margin target month on month & annuallyPromote sales of private label products in the upcountry marketAssisting customers with festive gifting options from Metros catalogueFinding potential customers who can use metros festive gifting offeringsCoordinating with main cash team for payment processing.
