Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Executive will oversee identifying potential clients, actively participating in sales generation, and building strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include driving revenue growth through product promotion, addressing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, and providing tailored solutions based on client requirements. The role demands consistent communication with clients and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, including client engagement and customer relationship management
Knowledge of the optical fiber industry, including Passive, Active, FTTH, PON, and CATV solutions, is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficiency in preparing sales reports and maintaining detailed documentation
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
Experience in export sales or international markets is a plus
