Sales Executive - Industrial Bearings

You should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B Industrial Sales, preferably dealing with mechanical or electrical products. A Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering would be an ideal educational background for this role. As a Sales Executive in our industrial sales team, you will be responsible for selling Bearings and related solutions to clients in industries such as manufacturing, power, steel, and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include visiting industrial customers, understanding their technical and commercial requirements, identifying sales opportunities, offering appropriate solutions, preparing technical proposals, managing commercial quotations, conducting negotiations, and maintaining strong client relationships. To excel in this role, you must have a good understanding of technical products, the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings/specs, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. Being self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused are essential qualities for success in this position. Proficiency in MS Office tools and a willingness to travel extensively for customer visits are also required. Additionally, you will be expected to stay updated on competitor activities, new product launches, and market trends. Your success in this role will depend on your ability to effectively manage sales leads, update CRM systems, maintain visit reports, and coordinate with internal departments for order execution.
