Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting Groceries items.
Understand customer needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are attractive.
Manage stock levels and assist with inventory checks.
Handle customer queries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
Process billing and payments accurately at the POS counter.
Support store operations including cleanliness, restocking, and team collaboration.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
13 years of experience in retail sales (retail sector preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented attitude with a positive, energetic approach.
Basic knowledge of fashion trends and styling.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
