Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Sales executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and acting as a strategic partner to help them achieve their business goals through digital marketing.

Location : Malad (West)

Working Hours : 10.00 am to 7 pm ( Alternate Saturdays Off)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Online Research, Cold Outreach, Referrals, and Inbound Queries
  • Develop tailored sales pitches, compelling proposals, and campaign documentation that address client needs
  • Conduct calls and in-person/virtual pitch meetings to convert leads and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining a healthy pipeline
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, acting as their strategic digital partner
  • Plan and coordinate digital strategies and content calendars in collaboration with internal teams
  • Address client queries effectively and provide platform-specific guidance and training where needed
  • Monitor performance of campaigns using analytics and reporting tools; identify areas of improvement
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and innovations in digital marketing to deliver relevant solutions
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills to communicate requirements and updates with clients and internally with the team, over the phone, email and in-person
  • Ability to think critically and problem-solving skills, convincing power, and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time-management skills.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, client servicing, or account management (preferably in a digital agency)
