Sales Executive – Hotel Partnerships & Lead Generation Location: Jaipur ,Udaipur, Goa , Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1-3 years in Sales/Business Development (Hospitality industry preferred) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and personable Sales Executive to manage and grow our network of hotel partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting with hotel teams, building strong relationships, and generating leads for our wedding planning services. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hotel management and event teams. Regularly visit partner hotels to ensure active engagement and brand visibility. Act as the primary point of contact between the company and hotels for referrals and leads. Secure wedding and event-related leads from hotel venues and pass them to the planning team. Identify new hotel partnership opportunities and onboard them into our referral network. Provide periodic reports on lead flow, hotel visits, and partnership performance. Collaborate with the wedding planning team to ensure seamless handover of client leads. Stay updated on hotel offerings, promotions, and events relevant to wedding planning. Represent the brand at industry events, networking meets, and promotional activities. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management. Prior exposure to the hospitality or wedding/events industry is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel locally to meet hotel partners. Goal-oriented with a strong focus on relationship-building and lead conversion. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, hotel Management , or related field.
