Sales Executive – Hospitality Projects

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Salesperson for Hotel Projects .The ideal candidate will build relationships with architects, interior designers, hotel owners, and project consultants to position Karabi Art Community as the go-to partner for artistic decor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and approach prospective hotel projects, architects, interior designers, and developers.

· Generate leads and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.

· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the design & production team for customized proposals.

· Follow up on quotations, project approvals, and execution timelines.

· Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore repeat business opportunities.

· Represent the brand in exhibitions, industry events, and meetings with a strong pitch.

· Maintain sales pipeline, reporting, and forecasting in an organized and timely manner.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

· Proven experience in B2B or project-based sales, preferably in the hotel, art, architecture, or interior industry.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

· Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
