Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive for our two-wheeler dealership. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable two-wheeler models
• Explain product features, specifications, and finance/insurance options
• Conduct test drives and ensure excellent customer experience
• Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the manager
• Participate in marketing activities and promotional events as required
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for referrals and repeat business

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• Prior experience in two-wheeler or automobile sales will be an added advantage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasant personality with customer-oriented approach
• Ability to work under target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and dealership

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
