Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive (HORECA) at The Sankalp Group, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively. You will play a key role in achieving the monthly sales targets assigned to you. Additionally, you will be required to respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers and deliver presentations of the company products in the HORECA business. It will be your responsibility to ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team, and HO. Moreover, you will need to ensure the availability of the complete product line in the assigned market and maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned. Timely and frequent visits to the counters and operating within the company stipulated framework will also be part of your role. Building and maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff, business development, opening new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients will be crucial aspects of your job. Lastly, you will be accountable for the order execution of all the parties on time. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively. - Achieve the monthly sales targets assigned. - Respond to sales inquiries from new and existing customers. - Deliver presentations of the company products in the HORECA business. - Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team, and HO. - Ensure availability of the complete product line in the assigned market. - Maintain and report details of stock movement in each location assigned. - Make timely and frequent visits to the counters. - Operate within the company stipulated framework. - Maintain a healthy relationship with the customer support staff. - Drive business development and open new clients. - Maintain relationships with existing and new clients. - Ensure order execution of all the parties on time. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent time management and organizational abilities.,
