About Us

Hindustan Foam is a leading manufacturer of premium genuine leather goods under the renowned brand Hammonds Flycatcher. We specialize in high-quality wallets, laptop bags, backpacks, duffel bags, belts, card cases, and other leather accessories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close B2B sales opportunities, focusing on corporate gifting, bulk orders, and business-to-business relationships.
  • Engage with corporate clients, including companies looking for employee gifts, event giveaways, and premium corporate products.
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and manage business partnerships with distributors, resellers, and suppliers.
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales by leveraging platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, and direct outreach.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets with a results-oriented approach, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Ensure high-quality client servicing, timely order fulfillment, and seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Track sales activities and provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or corporate gifting.
  • Gender Preference: Male candidates.
  • Proven experience in building relationships and closing B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions for long-term business success.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with lead generation platforms such as IndiaMART and Alibaba.
