Job Description

A BPO sales executive's primary roles are to generate new leads, build client relationships, and close deals by pitching BPO services. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales support. They must also achieve sales targets, maintain client records in a CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.  Core responsibilities Lead generation: Find new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, both new and existing, and act as the primary point of contact. Sales and presentations: Conduct product or service demonstrations and create compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Deal closure: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales cycle management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
