Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the educational sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education industry, excellent relationship-building skills, and a track record of achieving sales and business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the educational sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at educational institutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share for the company’s products/services.
Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Collaborate with internal teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in business development or sales, with at least 2–3 years in the educational sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with edtech solutions.
Existing network of contacts in schools, colleges, or education departments.
Analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
