Sales Executive (Health Care)

Job Summary:

Responsible for driving B2C sales for diagnostic services through doctor tie-ups, medical camps, and direct consumer engagement. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, organizing outreach activities, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate B2C leads and drive sales for diagnostic tests and packages.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and local healthcare partners.
• Plan, organize, and execute diagnostic camps and community health check-up drives.
• Conduct field visits to promote diagnostic services and increase footfall.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and conversion of leads.
• Achieve monthly revenue and target goals.
• Maintain daily activity reports and share insights with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Science or Marketing background preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, or healthcare services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and camp setups.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
