Role & responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with the customers and prospects.
  • Actively follow-up potentials to improve sales conversion ratios.
  • Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers. Generating sales via calling retention/ existing customers on first party data.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Able to achieve company desired targets in the given timeline.
  • Attend trainings to stay updated with the specifications of new products and service offerings.
  • Stay up to date with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Personalized shopper to help customer with end needs.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good communication skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Patience and ability to engage with customers.
  • Experience in Sales.
  • Managing post-sales support to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
  • Fast learner and quick thinker.
  • Flexible to work in shifts.
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software.
