We are seeking an Office Sales Executive to manage online and telephonic sales enquiries for our jewellery business. This role does not involve showroom or walk-in sales — instead, you’ll work from the office to engage with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or social media, helping them choose and purchase jewellery products. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or website. Share product details, prices, and availability with customers. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales. Maintain lead and order records in Excel or CRM. Coordinate with inventory and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic sales reports. Support marketing or social media promotions when needed. Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through office-based interactions.
