Sales Executive

About the Company:

HabitBev Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized channel partner for Parle Agro, handling distribution of Bailley Packaged Drinking Water. We are expanding our field sales team to strengthen our retail presence and ensure availability across key outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily market visits to 8 to 10 retail outlets to drive sales of Bailley Water
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and shopkeepers
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper display at all assigned outlets
• Work closely under the assigned distributor to ensure timely order booking and delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to market growth
• Share market insights and competitor activities with the team regularly
• Maintain sales records and submit daily visit reports

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and build rapport with retailers
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and responsible
• Knowledge of the local market and retail geography is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent
