🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Executive & Relationship Manager (EdTech – Remote) 🚨

Sales Executives and Relationship Managers

You must speak clearly, explain the benefits confidently, and guide them to enrol. Just as important, you will also build strong relationships with the parents so they feel supported and informed throughout the journey.

15-day paid training period

You must be ready to join immediately.

✅ Requirements:

• Good speaking skills in

  English and Tamil

• Confident and clear communication
• Comfortable using

  mobile phone, WhatsApp, and basic Excel

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets

🧾 Must Have:

• At least

  1 year of experience in sales

  (internship, part-time, or full-time)
• Preferably in an

  EdTech

  or educational company

🌟 Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Familiarity with

  Sainik Schools

  ,

  RMS

  , or

  Indian Military Schools

• Has attended any formal sales training program

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed Salary (after training): ₹30,000/month

• Incentive:

  ₹1,000 per confirmed sale

• Monthly Target Achievement Bonus:

  ₹10,000

• Earning Potential:

  ₹40,000 – ₹80,000/month
