Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT or Digital Marketing Sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building long-term relationships with clients and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients (businesses/students) and pitch digital marketing services or training programs.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training team to align offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain records in CRM and prepare weekly reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in a Digital Marketing/IT company or training institute).
• Strong communication and presentation skills (in English and Hindi/Punjabi preferred).
• Ability to understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions.
• Proven track record in achieving targets.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
• Graduate or above in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
