Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in selling hospital or healthcare software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with hospital decision-makers, understanding their software needs, and promoting our Hospital Information System (HIS) and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Present, promote, and sell hospital software products to prospective customers.
• Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations (both virtual and on-site).
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital software solutions.
• Good understanding of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), EMR/EHR, or other healthcare IT solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and work independently.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in selling SaaS-based healthcare products.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and departments (OPD, IPD, Billing, Lab, etc.).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused attitude.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,914.64 - ₹28,551.69 per month
