Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients in the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. Present, promote, and sell hospital software products to prospective customers. Conduct client meetings, demos, and product presentations (both virtual and on-site). Understand client requirements and collaborate with the pre-sales/technical team to deliver tailored solutions. Follow up on leads, proposals, and quotations to convert prospects into customers. Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities. Negotiate contracts and close sales in alignment with company policies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare and maintain sales reports and CRM updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in software sales, preferably in healthcare or hospital software solutions.
