About Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive (Global Markets) to drive growth by selling our EOR platform to enterprises, fast-scaling startups, and established companies in regions including the US, UK, EU, and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong SaaS or HR-tech sales experience, expertise in cross-border business development, and the ability to communicate the value of EOR services to C-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-endsales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, demos, negotiations, and closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of global prospects across US, UK, EU, and Australia markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams for demand generation and strategic outreach.
  • Understand customer pain points related toglobal hiring, payroll, compliance, and legal complexities.
  • Deliver consultative presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales and revenue growth targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline reports, and forecasting.
  • Represent RemoteEngine at global HR/tech events and webinars.

Qualifications

  • 37 yearsof proven sales experience in SaaS, HR-tech, FinTech, or Global Workforce Solutions.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales withmid-market and enterprise clients.
  • Exposure tointernational markets (US, UK, EU, AU)with cross-border deal experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in afast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Bonus if experienced with competitor solutions.
