- Handle customer enquiries, provide product information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events, product demonstrations and field campiegns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present and promote products / services to clients in assigned territories.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and update CRM records regularly
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or PG preferred.
- Proven experience in sales / field sales, direct sales or outdoor sales (1 - 3 years experienced)
- Freshers are also welcome
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
