About the Role:

Dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead our sales

efforts in the Paper Cup Trade Market across Bengaluru. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B trade

channels, distributor/retailer networks, and experience in the

packaging or paper products industry. This is a high-impact role,

crucial to expanding our market presence and driving revenue

growth in one of the most competitive trade hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales of paper cups through distributor, wholesaler, and

retail networks.

2. Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners and

distributors.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet volume and

revenue targets.

4. Conduct regular market visits to track sales performance,

gather feedback, and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients

and partners.

6. Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market

intelligence to senior management.

7. Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure

timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

8. Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build

market intelligence and generate leads.

Skills:

a. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

b. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.

c. Good communication in English and Kannada (preferred).

d. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
