Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Executives (Freshers) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and grow in the field of sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products/services.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competition.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred).
Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in sales/marketing will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing is desirable.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
