Job Description –Sales Executive (Fresher)Job Overview:

  • Responsible for supporting B2B sales of IT products and services.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients, assist in building business relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand company IT products and services thoroughly.
  • Communicate value propositions effectively to prospective B2B clients.
  • Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies under the guidance of senior sales team members.
  • Generate new leads through calls, emails, and networking activities.
  • Support in conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in negotiations and assist in closing sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights on market trends with the internal team.
  • Prepare and assist in presenting sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Follow up on leads, proposals, and ongoing opportunities.
  • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or events if required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior internship or exposure to sales/IT products will be an advantage.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding or interest in IT solutions and products.
  • Eagerness to learn sales techniques and processes.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and quick learner.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Number of new leads and conversions generated.
  • Client satisfaction and engagement level.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM data and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
