Job Title: Retail Sales Executive – Field Sales (In-Person) Location: Patiala Company: Fresh Honey Farm About Us: Amolak is a premium brand offering high-quality honey and natural food products such as pickles, mustard oil, and wellness items. With a strong presence in retail and wholesale markets, we are expanding our team and looking for motivated Retail Sales Executives who can personally visit shopkeepers and store owners to drive sales and build strong market relationships. Job Summary: We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive who will be responsible for in-person sales by visiting retail shops, grocery stores, medical shops, and general stores. The role requires relationship-building, product promotion, order booking, and achieving sales targets through regular field visits. Key Responsibilities: Visit local retail counters, grocery shops, kirana stores, and departmental stores daily. Meet shop owners and store managers to promote and explain Amolak products. Take and confirm product orders in-person and follow up on deliveries. Ensure product availability, stock rotation, and in-store visibility. Build long-term relationships with retailers and increase product reach. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned. Collect feedback, report competitor activity, and suggest improvement ideas. Work closely with delivery/logistics and the sales team for smooth operations. Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/retail field sales (preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Familiar with local market routes and retail practices. Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
