FotoOwl is now introducing a new product tailored for the sports market and looking to hire talented executives to lead this growth.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Expert to actively connect with both new and existing customers, strengthen relationships, and drive engagement. The role involves making regular outreach calls, understanding customer needs, and ensuring they are well-informed about our products and services.

Responsibilities

● Reach out to at least 150 customers per week (mix of new and existing customers) via calls.
● Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.● Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share them with the sales team.● Collect feedback and relay customer insights to the internal team.● Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM.

Requirements & Skills

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
● Should possess negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a strong sales mindset.
● Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.● Proactive attitude and ability to meet weekly outreach targets.● Comfortable handling customer queries and providing clear information.● Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
