Sales Role-

1.Business account handling

2.Team Management

3.Client acquisition, Client retention, renewal and follow ups.

4.Achieving account opening targets.

5.Maintaining client profitability and aiding marginal revenue.

6.Client relations

7.Individual and team data, records and business opportunities management.

8.Sales Training

9. Identifying business opportunities.

10. Maintaining client relationships.

11. New client acquisition.

12. Follow ups, deal closures and renewals of existing clients.

13. Meeting the sales targets with a result oriented approach.

14. Constantly upgrading the skills as per market needs.


Must Haves -

- Knowledge of capital markets or International process in BPO/sales

- Graduate degree with excellent comm skills in English needed

- experience of sales/International Process

- Confidence, convincing and presentation skillset.

- Target Oriented Approach.

- Should be hands on with handling bulk international calls. (outbound/ inbound)
