Job Title: Sales Executive Fiori Concrete Machines Experience Level: 4 to 7 Years Location: Surat (1 position) & Ahmedabad (1 position) Industry: Construction Equipment – Premium Segment Division: Fiori Concrete Machines Permanent on roll position. About the Role: We are seeking experienced and driven Sales Executives to represent our premium range of Fiori Self-Loading Concrete Mixers in the vibrant markets of Surat and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidates will have prior experience in sales of high-value construction machinery or similar capital goods, with a strong presence in the infrastructure and construction domain. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell Fiori self-loading concrete mixer machines to clients in the construction, infrastructure, RMC, and civil project sectors . Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads. Conduct effective product presentations and on-site demonstrations. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. Provide market insights, track competitor activity, and relay timely feedback to the management team. Collaborate with the service and technical teams to ensure excellent post-sales support. Preferred Candidate Profile: 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B/project sales of construction equipment or heavy machinery. Strong understanding of the premium construction equipment market and customer decision-making cycles. Good local network in the infrastructure, construction, or RMC sectors . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Qualifications: Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) or Business Management. Sound knowledge of local construction trends, contractors, and equipment market dynamics.
