Position Overview:

We are hiring an experienced, confident, and well-presented Female Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional and pleasing personality, and deep knowledge of the real estate sector, especially in the Jewar-Yamuna Expressway region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and digital leads for residential and commercial properties
• Conduct site visits with prospective clients, especially investors and end-users
• Present project details with clarity and confidence, highlighting key USPs
• Build strong rapport with clients and maintain ongoing follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Negotiate and close deals independently
• Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competing projects
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and back-end processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female (Mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Real Estate Sales
• Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi
• Presentation: Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the real estate market

Skills:

• Customer handling & closing skills
• Negotiation & objection handling
• CRM tools, lead management & reporting
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM is a plus)

What We Offer:

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on experience & interview)

Work Details:

• Working Days: 6 Days (Weekday Off)
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Location: On-site (Jaypee Greens / Gaur Yamuna City – Near Jewar)
