About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead B2B sales initiatives for our legal and corporate compliance services. The role focuses on boarding new corporate clients and driving empanelment with major organisations across sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and acquire corporate clients for legal services and compliance support.
Promote services including statutory compliance, contract drafting, legal documentation, corporate advisory, and ongoing legal support.
Drive empanelment with corporate houses, manufacturing units, service-sector companies, and institutions.
Conduct meetings with legal departments, HR, finance, procurement, and management teams.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
Experience in B2B sales—preferably in legal, consulting, or professional services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Understanding of legal/compliance services (training will be provided).
Ability to interact with senior corporate officials confidently.
Self-driven, target-focused, and disciplined.
