Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales Executive to manage our inbound leads and ensure excellent customer relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inquiries into satisfied clients and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to and manage all inbound leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.

* Educate potential clients about our services and help them understand the benefits of our treatments.

* Guide clients through the decision-making process, addressing any questions or concerns.

* Schedule consultations and appointments for prospective clients.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities.

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

* Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless client experience.

* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the clinic.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.

* Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

* Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.

* Highly organized and detail-oriented.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Prior experience in the healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty industry is a plus.

Salary:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
