Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, approach, and engage potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings. Product Pitching: Present and explain Evoastra’s services (Internship programs, market research, AI/ML solutions, etc.) effectively to prospective clients. Sales Conversion: Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions; convert leads to deals. CRM & Reporting: Maintain client records, track leads, follow-ups, and generate daily/weekly sales reports. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments like marketing, research, and operations to ensure client satisfaction post-sale. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field. 0–2 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales or Internship Programs/EdTech sales preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to work on-site (Hyderabad). Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools is a plus. High energy, persuasive attitude, and hunger to achieve monthly targets. What You Get: Fixed salary ₹12,000 to ₹15,000/month (based on experience & performance in the interview).
