Job Description

Maintain and update trade portals like Indiamart, Tradeindia etc to generate relevant leads and convert to sale Follow up with customers and coordinate with the respective departments for order fulfilment. Should be able to understand customer requirements and guide them with most suitable product fit. Handling all walk-in customers in the office and their queries. Should be able to understand customer requirements and guide them with most suitable product fit. Follow up with customers and coordinate with the respective departments for order fulfilment. Attend trade exhibitions within Mumbai Attend to customers for in-person meeting at their office Dummy making for basic sampling Handle cold calling to B2B clients to generate new leads. The candidate should have excellent communication skills Must be able to converse fluently in English, Hindi and Marathi Should be able to talk with new people confidently Must be able to make sales calls confidently Should be polite, persuasive and well spoken Should be able to work Independently Quick Learner - The candidate should be willing and quick to learn about our products and offerings. Interest in craft and arts is a plus Prior experience in sales is a plus. Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
