Sales Associate (Entry Level) – KarbonWise, Hyderabad

About KarbonWise:
KarbonWise is an enterprise SaaS company building climate and ESG technology platforms for global businesses. We help organizations measure, manage, and reduce their environmental impact, making sustainability actionable and accessible.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support our sales team in identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with prospective clients.
  • Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update CRM records, track leads, and follow up diligently.
  • Learn to understand customer needs and position KarbonWise solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support campaigns and sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to build a career in sales.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, eager to take initiative, and comfortable with setting ambitious targets.
  • An interest in sustainability, climate tech, or SaaS is a plus (but not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,385.63 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

  • Performance bonus
