· Collect and maintain data of active job seekers from various job portals and social media platforms.
· Make 100+ candidate calls per day to promote Jobmela’s job opportunities and guide them through the application process.
· Explain Jobmela’s one-time ₹99 subscription plan, its benefits, and assist candidates in completing the payment.
· Maintain accurate records of daily calls, leads, and conversions.
