Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms for both parties.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competition, and market developments.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in [Marketing Agency].
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
