Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team, focusing specifically on the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, closing sales, and building strong client relationships within the ELD market. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for ELD solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively. Maintain a strong understanding of the ELD industry and competitive landscape. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle. Requirements: Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales role, specifically within a BPO sales process (any domain). Industry Knowledge: Prior experience or strong understanding of the ELD (Electronic Logging Device) industry is highly preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Target-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools. Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience and interview performance). Benefits: Competitive salary with attractive incentives based on performance.
