Sales Executive

Education: B.Tech (Leather/Textile) or BBA/MBA (Marketing)
Experience: 1–2 years in sales or business development (preferably in leather/textile industry)
Languages Required: English, Hindi, Tamil (must be fluent in all three)
Salary: Based on experience and interview performance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in leather/textile or marketing and a passion for building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the leather/textile sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored product/service solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Leather/Textile Technology or BBA/MBA in Marketing.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the leather or textile industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
