Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our Kanpur operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating new business, building client relationships, and promoting our security services across various sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors in Kanpur and surrounding regions.

• Conduct field visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate new business leads.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific security needs.

• Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations to prospects.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met post-sales.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position Doga Protection’s services.


Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales & B2C, preferably in security services, facility management, or related industries.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi (preferred).

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and a result-oriented approach.

• Ability to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork.
