Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Handle daily inquiries from students and working professionals across various platforms (website, social media, WhatsApp, calls).
Conduct consultations via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp to understand the learner's goals and recommend the right training programs.
Convert leads into enrollments through personalized counseling and strong follow-ups.-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and enrolled students.-
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.-
Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics.
Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or inside sales (freshers welcome).
Ability to understand learner needs and explain technical/non-technical courses.
Familiarity with EdTech or training industry is a bonus.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
Passionate, organized, and self-motivated individual.
