Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle daily inquiries from students and working professionals across various platforms (website, social media, WhatsApp, calls).
  • Conduct consultations via phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp to understand the learner's goals and recommend the right training programs.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through personalized counseling and strong follow-ups.-
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and enrolled students.-
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.-
  • Maintain CRM records and track performance metrics.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets and KPIs

Preferred candidate profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or inside sales (freshers welcome).
  • Ability to understand learner needs and explain technical/non-technical courses.
  • Familiarity with EdTech or training industry is a bonus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
  • Passionate, organized, and self-motivated individual.
