We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in real estate field sales and closures. The candidate will be responsible for handling clients, conducting site visits, and closing deals specifically in the Chembur and Ghatkopar markets. The role demands on-ground presence, excellent communication skills, and proven ability to convert leads into successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales and closure of residential & commercial properties.
- Focus on Chembur & Ghatkopar markets with strong area knowledge.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Manage client relationships and provide end-to-end support during the sales process.
- Coordinate with builders, brokers, and in-house teams to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales progress and client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (field sales mandatory).
- Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Strong market knowledge of Chembur & Ghatkopar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and client interactions.

Sales System – Data Collection & Reporting
The sales executive will follow a structured system for both office-level and ground-level data collection.
Office-Level Data (Desk Research)
- Maintain updated inventory of commercial and residential properties (sq. ft., price, builder, location).
- Track average per sq. ft. pricing, rental yields, and lease structures in Chembur & Ghatkopar.
- Benchmark competitors and their commission structures.
- Identify target builders, projects, and unsold inventory.
Ground-Level Data (Field Work)
- Visit ongoing projects and collect real-time inventory updates.
- Network with local brokers and gather their active client categories.
- Understand builder flexibility in pricing and negotiations.
- Capture client demand patterns (2BHK, 3BHK, office spaces, retail shops, budget ranges).
Reporting & Consolidation
All collected data will be entered into a centralized Google Sheet/CRM. Reports should highlight real-time demand, builder pricing gaps, and market opportunities. Daily and weekly reporting formats will be followed to ensure transparency and performance tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
