Sales Executive - Demand Generation

The job requires you to regularly visit the assigned market in Nashik to meet with Dealers, Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Shutter Manufacturers, etc. Your primary goal will be to ensure that Sales Targets are met. It is essential to maintain Site index Adequacy, meet monthly Sales targets, and maintain a daily average sale based on a 90-day rolling sales period. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a healthy ratio of hot sites as per target requirement, conducting competition benchmarking, and staying updated on inputs and trends at monthly intervals. Building and maintaining relationships with large project dealers is crucial, and you should aim to give justice to the COMPLETE Range of EUROPA products. The ideal candidate for this position must have a Graduation degree, with an MBA being preferable. You should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in Projects/ Retail Sales within the building material/hardware industry. Good communication skills are essential for effective interaction with various stakeholders. Furthermore, you must have a two-wheeler with a valid License.
