*Job Summary:*

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Electrical Sales Engineers (Freshers) to join our growing sales team. The role involves promoting and selling electrical control panels, switchgear, and related solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building client relationships, generating leads, and providing technical support to customers, while gaining practical knowledge of sales in the electrical panel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical panels and related products.

Visit customers, consultants, and contractors to promote products and solutions.

Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and tenders.

Work closely with the design & production team to provide customized solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

*Skills & Competencies:*

Good knowledge of basic electrical engineering concepts (Switchgear, Control Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels, etc.).

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.

Negotiation and persuasion skills.

Basic understanding of sales cycle and customer relationship management.

Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

*Educational Qualification:*

B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Freshers can apply).
