Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Maidan, Kolkata
Salary: ₹23,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills and a proactive attitude toward business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
Participate in promotional activities and events when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Graduate in any discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
