Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in field sales within the BFSI domain

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
• Drive sales targets through effective team performance
• Conduct field visits to support and guide team members
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• 2+ years of experience in core field sales and team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• BFSI or Insurance background preferred
