Sales Executive - Cross Sell | Personal loan

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive Cross Sell to drive sales of financial products by engaging with existing customers and identifying opportunities for cross-selling. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and cross-sell financial products (e.g., Personal loans, credit cards, or other offerings) to existing and new customers.
  
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Engage with customers through field visits, tele-calling, and partner locations to generate business.
  
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and eligibility.
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  
• Collect customer documents, verify KYC, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  
• Collaborate with branch teams and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
  
• Provide timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum: Graduate (Preferred) / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience
  
• 15 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFCs, Banks, or Consumer Finance
  
• Freshers with high sales aptitude may also be considered
