Sales Manager Business Development

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across verticals.
• Explore new markets and customer segments (consultants, builders, corporates, government, etc.)

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and key decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements, prepare customized proposals, and handle negotiations effectively.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote brand visibility.
• Work with digital and offline marketing teams to generate leads and track conversions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with internal design and execution teams to ensure accurate proposals and timely project delivery.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and support during project bidding and execution stages.

Reporting & MIS

• Maintain a pipeline of leads, prospects, and conversions using tools.
• Submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market intelligence to management.
• Ensure documentation, contracts, and agreements are properly executed.
