Maintain training records and feedback systems. HR Policies & Documentation: Draft, review, and update HR policies and SOPs. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Admin & Coordination: Oversee day-to-day HR administration and coordination with field teams. Support internal audits and external inspections. Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance Experience in managing blue-collar and technical workforce Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficient in MS Office and HRMIS tools Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, Prior experience in HVAC, construction, or service-based companies preferred

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects Achieve assigned sales targets and drive revenue growth across verticals. Explore new markets and customer segments (consultants, builders, corporates, government, etc.) Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, architects, and key decision-makers. Understand client requirements, prepare customized proposals, and handle negotiations effectively. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business. Marketing & Lead Generation Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote brand visibility. Requirements Education : Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; MBA in Marketing is a plus. Experience : 8 to 10 years of experience in HVAC sales and business development with a strong network of industry contacts. Skills : In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and project sales cycles Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to independently drive sales and manage client accounts Strong market intelligence and commercial acumen Preferred candidate profile
