Sales Executive – Cosmetics (Bangalore)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in cosmetic or personal care product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with salons, beauty retailers, and distributors across Bangalore. You will represent our brand, introduce new products, and drive sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and close sales in the salon and beauty industry.
• Onboard new retailers, distributors, and salon partners.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide post-sale customer support and build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG.
• Strong network within the salon and beauty retail industry in Bangalore.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to travel locally and work independently.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
